Cha AM asub Cha Amis, mõne sammu kaugusel Cha Ami rannast. Majutusasutusel MY HOUSE Resort on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Selles kahetärnihotellis on restoran ning konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega toad, kus on privaatne vannituba. Külalised saavad kasutada baari.
